Content sessions: available fields, filters, associations, and API operations.

Content sessions accept content or external-content tracks and reject networking tracks. Referenced speakers, sponsors, lists, locations, child sessions, and other event-owned records must belong to the URL event. The writable request input uses_attendee_list is returned as uses-registrant-list.
