Custom emails

Custom emails: available fields, filters, associations, and API operations.

Path: events/{event_id}/custom-emails
Methods: GET collection/record only.

• Fields: event-id, name, subject, preview-text, content, content-easy-email-json, status, scheduled-at, sent-at, trigger-on-registrant-update, trigger-on-registrant-create, trigger-on-registrant-join, trigger-on-ticket-purchase-complete, target-list-ids, created-at, updated-at, total-count, sending-count, sent-count, delivered-count, delayed-count, hard-bounced-count, soft-bounced-count, unsubscribed-count, spam-count, rejected-count, opened-count, clicked-count, marked-as-spam-count, marked-as-unsubscribed-count.
• Filters: status, created_from, created_to, scheduled_from, scheduled_to.
• Associations: none.

GET .../custom-emails?status=sent&created_from=2026-08-01T00:00:00Z

POST, PATCH, and DELETE are not available.
